Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which return and refund requests may be reviewed for products purchased from BY ORZAN SHOERACK. We aim to provide a clear and transparent customer experience supported by fair and consistent procedures.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of the recorded delivery date.

To qualify for review, products must be:

  • Returned with all supplied components and accessories
  • Returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible
  • Accompanied by sufficient order identification information

2. Return Request Process

Customers should contact our support team before returning any item.

Return requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery and include:

  • Customer contact details
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photographs where relevant

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or differs from the product ordered, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Supporting photographs may be requested to assist with the review process.

4. Inspection of Returned Products

Returned products are reviewed after arrival at the designated return location.

Inspection is normally completed within 5 business days of receipt.

Customers will be notified once the review process has been completed.

5. Refund Method

Where a refund request is approved, reimbursement will be issued using the original order transaction method whenever reasonably possible.

Alternative arrangements may be used where required by operational or technical circumstances.

6. Refund Processing Time

Following approval, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

7. Non-Eligible Return Situations

Return requests may not qualify for review where:

  • The product shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
  • Components or accessories are missing
  • Product condition differs substantially from the original delivered condition

8. Order Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours of order placement.

While every effort will be made to accommodate cancellation requests, they may not be possible once order preparation or dispatch activities have commenced.
